Churches are vital partners in this mission. Whether you support a local Life Bridge site, offer prayer, help fund a chaplain, or send volunteers, your involvement helps bring faith to life outside the walls of the church.

Start a New Site – Be a Team Leader

Life Bridge chaplains are already serving in shopping centres across the region, but there’s still so much more we can do. We’re looking for committed Christian leaders who feel stirred to help bring Life Bridge to their local area.

As a Team Leader, you’ll:

Champion the vision of chaplaincy in your community
Build and lead a small chaplaincy team
Partner with local shopping centres
Receive training, resources, and ongoing support
Become part of a network of likeminded leaders across the state

You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willing heart and a sense of God’s leading.

It’s been so inspiring to gather and train a wonderful team of Chaplains. Seeing them have such a powerful impact on people is so encouraging and a great joy.

Chaplains and Pastoral Carers – Use Your Gift

Are you a trained chaplain, Scripture teacher, or pastoral carer who wants to make a difference beyond your current context? Life Bridge could be a meaningful new expression of your call.

I’m quite an introvert, but I felt God was challenging me to step out of my comfort zone. I enjoy helping people and this seemed to be where God was leading me.
