Life Bridge Support & Referral Directory

Everyone needs support in their lives! Our chaplains would love to chat to you about anything going on in your life, however our chaplains are not counsellors, and Life Bridge Community Chaplaincy does not function as a counselling or crisis support organisation.

We seek to be available as a point of personal contact and connection. If needs or concerns are expressed in conversation then our chaplains will refer you to the appropriate agencies where your needs can be met. Below is a list of local and national agencies you can turn to for counselling or crisis support.
